HSPICE error for CNTFET simulation

Hello, I am trying to simulate a circuit in HSPICE and am running into the following error:
This circuit is using a CNTFET model and I tried creating a NAND gate using this technology

**error** above line attempts to redefine xcnt

**error** (CNTFET_netlist.sp:68) difficulty in reading input

I don't have much experience with HSPICE so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.
I have attached the files I am using for this experiment below
