Hello, good day.
Please take a moment to listen and give advice.
My problem is as follows:
As in the attached picture, I have a circuit board that uses ic lattice LC4064V, which is working fine.
And as in the picture, i have a similar circuit board, it is broken ic lattice LC4064V.
With ispDownload tool cable model: HW-USBN-2A
Can I read and copy the source from an LC4064V lattice that is working well to a similar white ic?
I used diamond programmer, but could not seem to read it. Tried a lot of ways ...
If it is not possible, please advise me a tool to do that.
And if it is possible, please guide me in detail in order to do so.

Thank you. And good health all bros !!!

You can only read the program if it's not read protected.

I thought it was unprotected ...
As in the testing process, when ic lattice was running well on the main failure, it worked fine. The problem is just copy the data in it out .. to an equivalent white ic, the problem will be solved.
Need some help ...

If it's not protected, it can be read with download cable and ispVM tool...

Just try, JTAG chain should be recognized in any case, otherwise it's board or device hardware problem. *.jed file will be however almost empty (except for ID locations) if the chip is protected.

I make the power supply to the device
And ipsDownload Cable shows up green light.
The driver procedure has to follow the complete instructions.
However, in the control panel as shown, I was told that "Failed to load windows usb driver LSC"
I have tried two win 7 and win xp operating systems.
I have tried every possible way:
Test it on a white ic, and on a good ic the data works.
On the ispVM-system and Diamond Programmer platform.
The error "failed to load LSC windows usb driver" occurred in all cases ...
Please give me good advice ^^:thumbsup::thumbsup:

Hope someone has experience on this issue give me good advice.
It took me days to get to know and do it all .. but it was all in vain.
look forward to the help...
After completing the procedure and the Diamond Programmer informs me at the OutPut table as follows:

Lattice VM Drivers detected (HW-DLN-3C (Parallel), HW-USBN-2A)
Programmer database database loaded
INFO - Cable Auto Detection Activated.

INFO - No Lattice HW-DLN-3C (parallel) cable detected.

INFO - Lattice HW-USBN-2A cable detected.

INFO - No Board with FTDI USB Host Chip detected.

INFO - Detected HW-USBN-2A cable at EzUSB-0 port.

What does that mean? I missing something in the section: 1 / No Lattice HW-DLN-3C (parallel) cable detected. And 2 / No Board with FTDI USB Host Chip detected?

Looking forward to the debug ... good health

Sir, the problem lies ... when i try to read and save the data in ic to a file ... then it informs me that:

INFO - Scanning USB Port EzUSB-0 ...
ERROR - Scan Failed - Creating Blank Programmer Project.
ERROR - Failed to Load LSC USB Driver. Make sure to select the right type cable.
If you have not installed LSC USB Driver, unplug the USB cable from your PC
And follow the instructions in the Programmer Help topic:
"Installing / Uninstalling Parallel Port Driver and USB Driver".
If you have the driver installed, if you plugged in recently, please wait a few seconds and try again.
This will give the operating system time to recognize the cable and load the driver.

So crazy with it ...
I'm off to find a programmer device with socket adapter of beeprog or xeltek ... something that kind of support. *. *

And I also use ipsVMsystem ... but the results are not feasible with this device.

Sounds almost self-explanatory. You have connected an USB download cable and it's detected. You have not connected any other Lattice programming interface.

I don't know what the problem is. I have programmed LC4000 series always with parallel cable and ispVM.
