Hello,

I want to generate a bath tub curve from an eye diagram in Cadence Spectre.

Can I export that into Matlab and generate a bath tub curve that way ?

Can I export the Cadence data into ADS and generate a bathtub curve ?

Is anyone familiar with another methodology or work flow in order to generate a bath tub curve from an eye diagram in Cadence ?

Thank you.

You want a (sort of) failure-rate-over-time curve from repetition accuracy or signal/noise/jitter data changing over time?

Bathtub curve is a standard technique in wireline design to calculate the BER from the eye diagram.

I have the eye diagram in Cadence Spectre and want to create the BER Bathtub curve from that in ADS, Matlab or whatever.

That is an example of a bathtub curve.

Any ideas on how to do this ?

Thanks.
