I am implementing the 10BASE-T FPGA interface.
I am receiving the differential input from my router Ethernet port and then I have to convert that differential signal into a digital signal for FPGA.
The circuit I am using is given below but I can not get any output from that circuit on an oscilloscope. It gives me constant 3.3 volts on output.
I am using the 2N2222 transistor in my circuit.

Kindly suggest me some any other circuit or any other method of doing this.

Apart from the question if the shown receiver circuit is optimal or not, I would expect at least some output signal. I believe that the differential pair should be somewhat higher biased.

You can however start your oscilloscope measurements with the Rx lines. You should see link test pulses and transmitted data according to IEEE 802.3 section 1.14.
