MATLAB simulink ,Xilinx which is best one?

what is Matlab Simulink software? what is the difference between Xilinx, Matlab, Matlab Simulink software? I read Simulink is used for testing and validation. Is it hardware testing?

You can a lot of different things with Simulink. Read here for more details- https://www.mathworks.com/products/simulink.html

Xilinx is the name of a company that markets FPGAs and softwares related to FPGA (Vivado , Vivado HLS, Xilinx System Generator....).

Simulink is a special package/sub-package from from Mathworks - https://ewh.ieee.org/r1/ct/sps/PDF/MATLAB/chapter8.pdf
