Dear All,
I have a model in which there is a curved gap of 20 microns. The actual measured response of the unit is known. But HFSS simulated response shows some resonances which are not there in measured response. I have ensured the model in HFSS is same as the actual hardware. I have also tried surface approximations, initial meshing, Tau mesh, classic mesh, mode orders. There is always almost similar response. I am representing the curved surface with segments and have tried with 0 to 700 segments also. but response is same.

This is basically a Electromagnetic switch with stator, rotor with around 20 microns gap and some chokes and grooves to improve isolation.

Thanks in advance .
