I have combed through my SMD references and I can't find this one. It may be a Li-ion battery charger slash power management device judging by its position on the PCB. Any help would be appreciated. 1741883211173.jpg
 

Thanks. Looks like a good candidate functionally but the marking codes don't seem to correspond to what is actually on the chip.
 

It has an "ON" marking.......have you checked the OnSemi website?
