issue on substrate definition!!!

Hi to All,

How i can define my substrate in Momentum ADS2009.
I would like to design a CMOS spiral inductor, but i'm new in design with Momentum ADS2009, i don't understand how i can define my substrate!!

Can every one help me please.
i want to define this substrate with this technological parameters:
- e0=8.85e-12
- er=1.0
- sigma=1/2.65e-8 (Ohm.m)
- Tox=600um
- Csub=4.0e-6 (F/m2)
- Gsub=2.43e+5 (S/m2).

Can you help me please to define this substrate using Momentum(ADS2009):cry:.

you can find in attach, the step for defining the substrate but i'm not understand the way for create the technological parameters!!!
