What is the gate resistance of the LDMOS?

Hi, ALL,
I doubt what resistor should be series in the gate of the LDMOS AFT09MS015NT1?
I measured the gate voltage is about 0.9V, and I am not certain that if I can insert a 1K or 10K resistor between the gate power supply and the LDMOS voltage.
Who can comment?

1k should be fine.
A gate bias that I used before for LDMOS transistors is the one presented in the link below (Fig.2)
