hi,
I am using SST26VF032B memory in my project.i have got the ready made driver on microchip website.problem is this memory doesn't have auto increment address feature.we can program single page at time.we can program 256 bytes a time..unlikely in SST25VF032B we can program whole memory by just auto incrementing.
if i want to store lets say 1000 byte array.how do i do it?do i need to program 1 by one page(256 byte)

It is a flash memory. You can write byte by byte if you have enought time and patient, but before you should erase whole page. And it has autoincreament memory address for sure.

SST25VF0 memory has auto increment.but in SST26VF0 is a page programmable flash.auto increment is only upto 256 bytes(1 page),Datasheet says.

SST25VF016B/032B allow Byte Program and AAI
Word Program instructions for programming.
SST26VF016B and SST26VF032B/032BA allow Page
Program instruction for programming.

This is given in microchip's document
