Hii all,

There is a 4 microsecond electron beam pulse, consisting 12000 bunches of 333 psec each.
The Average pulse current is set to 100mA. Pulse charge is 400 nC.

Can anyone help me in finding out current and charge at each of the bunch ?

Hi,

I think there are some missing informations.

As far as i am concerned, you have bunched electron beams and these beams are made of sub bunches. Lets name this parameters. I named your big main bunches as macro bunch and sub bunches as micro bunches. This is the correct naming used in particle accelerator physics.

T_macro = period of macro bunch
T_on_macro = on time of macro bunch
Charge_macro = total charge in a complete macro bunch
Peak_current_macro = peak current in a macro bunch (at on state)
Avg_current_macro = avarage current in a macro bunch

T_micro = period of micro bunc
T_on_micro = on time of micro bunch
Charge_micro = total charge in a complete micro bunch
Peak_current_micro = peak current in a micro bunch (at on state)
Avg_current_micro = avarage current in a micro bunch

Could you write the parameters again as a list please? It will be easy to understand. I will be sure what do you mean about your question and I will be able to answer after you complete the list.

I attached a picture which explains what I said about micro and macro bunches.
