Hi
I want to but FPGA for usage in power electronics generally and solar inverter. it should has the following features

1- parallel operations (drive more than one inverter at the same time)
2- interface with simulink matlab
3-the processor should support floating point

could you please recommend me one?

ANY fpga will do this.
Basically yes. In detail, your design complexity and FPGA size decide about the feasible parallel inverter controller instances.

Matlab/Simulink communication capability depends on the intended interface physic, e.g. serial, ethernet, whatsoever, required data throughput and latency. What do you want to achieve? Hardware-in-the-loop?

"Processor with floating point" is not a FPGA feature as such, are you talking about a SOC-FPGA with hardware processor? Recent Altera and Xilinx SOC with ARM9 have floating point.
