Dear all,
I am developing a custom design board which uses Xilinx FPGA( XC6SLX45-2CSG324C) and Micron 4GB DDR3 ( MT41J256M16HA-125). Now I am at the stage of power requirements.
I am suppose to use two supply rails for DDR3. VDD(1.5V) and VTTREF(0.75V). I do understand the maximum current rating of VDD supply rail is 280 mA. Unfortunately I could not find the current rating for termination voltage rail(VTTREF). Could anyone please help me to find the answer..??
