Rechargeable standing fan

I've got this rechargeable standing fan that won't come on even with direct current, I have to press and hold d button before it rotates and as soon as I remove my hands it stops. Please what could be d problem and where can I start from
 

Without any useful information other than symptoms, nobody is going to be able to suggest anything helpful.

Things like who makes the fan, documentation, wiring diagrams, photos, etc...

At least something more than two sentences (that contain very little information).

Like there is no description of how you injected dc into the fan.

I'd say: bring it back.

Else: we need brand and exact type.
