It is a ISRO question in 2015. Can somebody give a clear understanding of FPGA resources and where actually the board keeps the combo logic and sequential logic after programmed.
Most modern SRAM based FPGAs store their "program" on an of-chip EEPROM.
Upon power up - data from the EEPROM is transferred to the chip and configures the FPGA logic.
b. Configuration Logic Block (CLB) which contains the LUT to perform combinational logic.
