ultrasonic generator transistor problem

I have a problem with my ultrasonic welder every time I replace the power transistor (buv48) for 3 seconds they blow I have to check all the electronic card everything passes well I do not it or it is the problem

Matmer, the other 6,000,000,000 people in the World can not see your welder and have no idea what it is except for that one transistor. You will have to give us far more information if you want help.
