OrCAD CIS odbc Database Setup Problem

Hi

I am using OrCAD cAPTURE CIS 16.6 and trying to use my .mdb database With the help of Database Configuration Wizard. I have already assigned ODBC drivers to my database.
However, i am always getting an error, everytime i try to follow the instructions in the wizard:

File Access Operation Failed
Please Check Session For More Details
Reason
Operating System Error # : 3
//
Dont understand the cause behind this.
