Hello,

I wanted to know if there was a product available to create these button contacts (on pcb) protections ?

like the one we can see on the print of a remote control or a gamepad

I found "wire glue" that looks similar but it looks more for repair

that would allow me to create pcb without using button packages, gaining a bit of space verticaly on the pcb

regards

I am talking about the dark gray stuff on the contacts

You didn't mention which switch elements are used with the PCB.

For usual silicone rubber keys with conductive "pills", the suggested PCB surface options are gold plating, nickel plating or carbon printing. Standard tin plating is used for some consumer products.

any idea of what the grey stuff is ?

I tried to order liquid tin plating, but from uk to belgium the shipping was as expensive as the bottle

The grey stuff is carbon printing.

What kind off switch elements are you using?
