i would like to develop a custom app from any generic app. This is because i don't know how to create a free apps from scratch. the custom app is for risk assessment. This "any generic app" have to fit into these criteria:
1) it will be great if its free
2) it has to be reliable/ no bugs
3) has proper support in case if needed
4) it should have modifiable template (like a form) to fill up
5) it should have provision for picture and video
6) it should be able to convert the template into PDF report and send it to an email
we planning to use email to transmit data so no additional server required. some paid apps might have some features free and some for pay. so if features we are asking is free in a specific app, please suggest.
im looking for this "any generic app" suggestion from you guys. please help.
