Hi there. I'm new to this forum so be merciful please. Please have a look at the pic:

I have two questions:
1 - Is that possible ? (I assume that the answer is yes, but I'd like to hear a confirmation from experienced people)
2 - How small could be the size of Sensor Device? (The most important question).
