I want to use a Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor in my circuit, how i do that?, i can't find the library .olb of that transistor and what model(s) of HBT is in SPICE library.

Probably as a regular BJT using one of the more advanced
compact models. Just where do you expect a model to
come from, other than the foundry PDK? Or a discrete
HBT device vendor's support pages?

Hello, i need to simulate a circuit using a HBT and then run PSpice to get the frequency response.
I already got the frequency response for BJT in SPICE and i know that is correct, low frequency and high frequency are correct.
But for HBT i don't know how to add to my circuit, i don't know where to find the Heterojunction HBT.
So do i have to use a regular BJT? What model should i use ? Do i have to change BJT parameters to work like a HBT ?
Can i swap the BJT Q2N3904 with some equivalent circuit of intrinsic HBT found on internet (books, etc) ?

So does it have to be a particular HBT (which would point
to a specific source of SPICE models) or will any HBT do,
in which case it points you to the wider market where
you can take the first SPICE model you find at any of
the vendors / foundries / tool vendors / universities
that a search turns up?

About 73,100 results (0.87 seconds)

From skimming the first page of results it appears that
HBTs are now supported by specific models (which may
mean that a given simulator is more, or less, suited to
the task - another variable for you to deal with.
