Hi to all.. Me and my friends are in a big experiment in making a humanoid robot for the death match contest. It's almost at the last stage and we are now in the planning of it's body material. The custom sheet metal fabricators...

will help us in body manufacturing. But we hold a lot of concern about choosing the material. Which one would be more apt for this design, aluminium or steel? Do you have any other suggestions about body materials, other than metals? Please share your knowledge.
