Hello,
I am thinking of applying for a Lecturer job.
The advertisement for Bury College UK is attached.
It says there are "Band 2" lecturers and " NT points 22 & 24" Lecturers

Do you know what is the difference (other than the fact that "Band 2" lecturers get payed more

"NT" = New Teacher. The numbers relate to how much experience you have gained as a 'trainee' but I'm not sure how the points are actually assigned. Band 2 is the next band beyond trainee status as a fully qualified and approved lecturer.

Good luck - You do realize Bury is in the far north wastelands, not far from the Arctic Circle don't you. (I used to live near there)

Brian.
