Hello,

I am trying to make an inverted waveform with 13.56MHz frequency.
I tried several different circuits like common emitter with TR but it does not work in that frequency.
2N2222A npn BJT was used as it has wide frequency range but it does not generate inverted one.
According to datasheet, every electrical characteristic looks fine but must I am missing something.
Would anyone recommend me a schematic or proper TR or MOSFET?

Thank you very much in advance.

Did you take output at the collector leg?

The potentiometers indicate that several adjustments need to be right. They need to be done carefully, raising or lowering the output so it does not get clipped.

At these frequencies a simple transformer (or balun) will invert easily...
