Hi all,
I’ve used Xilinx ISE tool to make a saif file. As I found out in my searches about the saif file format, TC shows the number of toggles for each net. So obviously it must be a positive number. But, in my saif file, some of nets’ TC is negative :| . Does TC mean something else?
