Hello,i need to maintain gsm signal for the longest time possible, possibly two years straight or so.

To do that i am looking for a chip that can fit a gsm sim card or micro sim and it should be callable when i call the number, but of course no one will answer since its a sim card on a chip.

I am more interested in the gsm number being callable and nothing else interests me.

What is the smallest chip or gadget that you could recommend for such a task?.Are there a chip i can fit in a sim card and it instantly becomes callable?.

Thanks.
