adc model

Hi:

Can someone give me a model for an ADC with an input voltage range of -8/+8 V? It does not matter if it's 8,10,12 bit... Datasheet URL will be much apreciated.
if needed, other specs are the same as in ADC0801:

i think -8V we can shift up using DC offset to make 0-16V ?
