need a advice regarding my vlsi career

Hi Guys,

I have 1.7 years of front end regression experience and later that i didnt get any job.I am waiting for aa opprtunity in the backend and remained idle for 2.5 years,recently i took training in physical design.But no opportunities.Could you suggest me some career path? I am intrested for any non coding profile.
 

* Power conversion and distribution is always in demand.

* Also developing more efficient batteries, PV panels, wind generators, etc.

* Also motor know-how. AC, DC, brushless.
