I want to calculate the PSRR for voltage reference circuit, with one input and two outputs

AC Analysis in any SPICE Type Simulator is SIMO(Single Input Multiple Outputs) Analysis.
So do AC Analysis for your purpose.

On the other hand, if XF Analysis exists in your SPICE Type Simulator, it is MISO(Multiple Inputs Single Output) Analysis.

I have done AC analysis by selecting the ac option in ADE, using a dc source and giving it 1V ac magnitude. For the output i selected the desired output voltage net. I am getting values in mV , which i think should come in db.
Try to simulate the xf analysis but nothing is shown,i.e, no graph or output.

What do you mean by "ADE" ?

Always describe correct tool's name and vendor's name which you use as tool or simulator.

Simply apply 20*log10().
Method needed for it depends on your post processing environment.

Simply, you are wrong in setting simulation or post processing.
And XF analysis is not suitable for your purpose.

ADE = Analog Design Environment

Did AC analysis with a dc source with AC magnitude set at 1V. get a waveform, then go to results - other plot - db20. click on the output voltages nets and press escape. a db plot is shown. got two values of -31db and -29db at operating frequency of 10MHz.

Not very sure that i get the required PSRR, as i have get to this method by searching this forum.

It seems your required task can be resolved.
