If we use tristate2logic we can implement internal tri state logic's in xilinx fpga's with the help of multiplexer. how can we implement a tri state logic with the help of multiplexers

Which most recent Xlinx FPGAs, the tristate2logic constraint is meaningless. They don't have internal tristates and conversion of internal tristates to equivalent logic is performed unconditionally.

Usage of internal tristates is often considered a bad design style.
