Hello,
i want to make pcb footprints for a diode i am going to use.I read the datasheet(pg 6,B11 model.The numbers are in mills) to see its dimensions but they are in fractional form and i can't understand them.Can anyone help me?

Did a little research.It's referring the minimum and maximum possible dimension.
