[Moved] Transistor datasheet "tcnl100" & "100n31"

Please provide the datasheet of following Transistor
1. NPN "TCNL 100"
with PINOUT AS
1-Collector 2-Base 3-Emitter



2. NPN "100N31"
with PINOUT AS
1-Collector 2-Base 3-Emitter
 

The numbers on your transistors are not American 2Nxxxx, European BCxxx or Japanese 2SCxxxx but instead are "house numbers" by an unknown manufacturer. Therefore a datasheet would be very difficult or impossible to find.
