Differences of low noise amplifier(LNA) and instrumentation amplifier(INA)

Is there a clear definition difference between these two amplifiers? I know input impedance of INA is large and usually do not need matching but why can't it be low noise? Does impedance matching helping LNA achieve low noise effect? Can LNA be used for low frequency (below 100Hz) high impedance(10kΩ) sensors?
 

Those are two amplifiers that are not related other than they are both amplifiers.

LNA means the amplifier is specifically designed for low noise. It's other characteristics are not defined by that designation and they generally aren't differential.
Impedance matching can help improve the signal to noise ratio since it helps couple the maximum signal to the LNA input.

An INA is an amplifier with a high-impedance differential-input and and a fixed gain. Noise can be low or not but likely not as low as an LNA.

To determine which will work best in a particular application depends upon the application requirements.
