I am looking a Thermal Analysis Software for.
I have seen Flotherm (Flomerics), Coolit (Daat) and
IcePak (Fluent). What do you think about them?

Have you worked with IcePak, IcePro and QFin?

Please, say me, how could I have a copy of IcePak
from you.

BetaTherm is also a good "and easy to learn" Programm !!
