Dear Freinds,
I want to design a medium power amplifier at 0.5~2.0 GHz frequency band and >+31dBm P1dB. is any body have any experience?
I choose TQP7M9104 from Triquint, because it is suggested for new designs instead of other devices. But its operational BW is 700~2700 MHz. So, what is the output power of this device at 500~700MHz.
