How to program PEEL22CV10P

I am new to this ic PEEL22CV10P. can i get help to program this ic. the procedure to program this ic. (i know how to write GAL ic. Is PEEL22CV10P also same way like generating JED file from VHDL file.)
 

PEEL22CV10 chips are said to be compatible with standard 22V10 PLD jedec files. Programming algorithms are probably similar to other GAL/PALCE devices. Universal programmers have dedicated ICT sections listing these parts.
