i am an embedded developer .
i want to learn android programming . so i need an android mobile

i have price range of 100$ to 150$ .

which mobile should i buy for Embedded & Android applications ?

what about nokia X, X1 , Samsung galaxy S2?

I would recommend you go for NEXUS series which should support all the latest android version.

Google keeps the Nexus updated with the latest version of Android. Other brands lag behind often by at least a couple of versions.

Android programming as in system, or apps? If its apps you are looking to develop, any Android phone should work.

In fact, strictly speaking you dont need a physical device at all, the SDK has a built in emulator.

What you would require is a development platform. Here, I would strongly reccommend Basic4Android, a very powerful tool.
