How to connect 1HP DC servo motor in mC 8051?

Hi Friends..,

i have use 1HP DC servo motor..,

how to connect mC 8051?
plz give circuit diagram.

How to rotate 45 Degree angle & 90 Degree Angel using 8051?
plz give me code..,

Plz help me friends..,
 

I have never used a 1 HP servo. I have used little 1.5 inch long servos.

These have 3 wires. Two are red and black, and go to the power supply.

The third wire is the control line. It requires a pulse which varies between 1 and 2 milli-Seconds. The length of the pulse shall be in proportion to the position you want it to move to. Its movement is within a 190 degree arc.

50 per second is a typical frame rate for control pulses.

The above applies to small servos such as are used in radio controlled planes / boats / cars. Your servo motor may or may not operate the same way.
 

use PWM and a linear driver to do interfacing then construct a closed loop with shaft encoder. By using PID loop control complete your closed loop.after these steps you need to adjust PID parameter.

I try to bulid pipe bending machine..,
so High torque Motor need...,
plz sugestion any idea???
