hi

I am new to the j1939/ CAN high layer protocol. I am very much interest in to study about those.

How can I get that materials?

now I am using the vector canoe simulation software for checking the j1939. In that, lot of stuff available. I want to know full intro about the j1939 in vector can oe. what is mean by database, environmental variable ?

How exactly the message transfer from one to another?

also if you do a web search on "canbus standard" it will give you links to Bosch technical documents etc
