pcb stackup thickness

is it possible to build this stackup according the presented thickness of different layers?

You didn't mention what material you are using, but assuming that the substrate and prepreg are available in your desired dielectric and copper cladding thickness, the above stackup seems completely feasible. As mentioned by barry, you should inquire with your PCB manufacturer to see if they have the material and ability to process your desired stackup. If it's generic FR4, then you can get that in almost any combination of dielectric thickness and copper cladding.
