Crystal needed for CAN Communikation with STM32F2?

Hallo,
is an Crystal for CAN Communikation with an STM32F2 needed?
Or only with high Datarates?
From which data rate is high?
 

so, now I have found it..
Normaly the internal is ok because CAN can work with 1,54%+-
But for higher rates allways should use an Crystal
