how to do high side sensing

i have think of using regulator but it have ripple. how can i do it..any other method
 

If you mean to sense high-side current, you may consider INA19x from TI ( **broken link removed** )
 

if you mean current high side sensisng, search EPN online, last month(oct, nov, dec) they had design idea for this stuff :)

You have many IC's concerning this at Analog Devices, Maxim...
 

actually i have read about their products, but i don't know how they make it inside and the spec is not what i want, some need other voltage supply, some input voltage are pretty low
