error in transient link simulation of maxwell and simplorer

I designed a linear wave generator in MAXWELL 2D and enabled the transient link to SIMPLORER and connected it to a rectifier. when started the simulation an error occured as
internal solver error: could not find the face. There may be an isolated hole in the band. Revisit Design!.
