BorlandC++ builder 5

Does any one Know of any books that can help
me to get up to speed with Borlands IDE.
So I can use it more efficently.
I just installed it and i seem to be spending a lot of time reading the help files.

I have now got a quit a few sites bookmarked
with material i think i will find very useful
