Job for IC Design Frontend(India)

I am Prasad Pandit, BE in Electronics Engineering. I have worked on lots of FPGA and embedded system projects for foreign university students as well as some small companies.
I have 3 years of practical experience working as Freelancer in this field.

I started a blog vhdlcodes.com to help students work on some interesting VHDL projects. I have hands on experience of working with FPGA design, synthesis and verification tools specifically Altera Quartus II, Xilinx ISE and ModelSim/QuestaSim.

I am good at Logic Designing using VHDL as well as Verilog.

I have developed my own small IPs and also designed many Embedded system projects.

Technologies I worked on include Terasic FPGA boards, AVR microcontroller, Arduino, Bluetooth etc.

I have also designed many Multilayer PCBs, did circuit troubleshooting for local companies. Also I have a new interest developed in home automation using Android phone.

I am very enthusiastic about working on and developing new technologies and hardware.

I tried applying in lots of companies in India but didnt got any response.

I would like to know what are the things I will need to get into a Semiconductor Front end company. Back end is also good for me. Any Embedded system company is also fine.

i don't think so bro!!! but actually no vacancy in this field in big company so start your job in small company who actually need your skill and make a market .

Indeed it is difficult to get job in big companies who work in electronics. But companies like Wipro and Infosys also have a division which works in electronics system design. You can also try in KPIT Cumins.
