Which field or specialisation to go for MS for ECE students(B.Tech)

hey guys,

i have just completed my b.tech in ECE with a CGPA of 6.89/10

i want to go for masters from abroad in VLSI field, but i'm a bit confused whether i should go for MS in VLSI or some other field.

just wanted to know if there is any other field or branch that i could go for considering the present market scenario and job opportunity

Any genuine help/advice would be appreciated.
