Is it possible to imitate a fake IP on top of a real IP?

IP imitation

hi,

is it possible to imitate a fake ip on top of a real ip as show as below.

Re: IP imitation

It is possible by VPN (Virtual Private Networking) or IP tunnels or PPPoE ( PPP over Ethernet), but for these all cases you need normal IP connection to internet provaider.
