Standard Systems is IC assembly service(Package service) provider for IC design and fabless companies since 1996year.
We use good sub-contractors to build packages for Proto type to mass production with die in wafers or waffle pack.

If you need to contact for IC packaging services, we will serve for your request.
And if you know the company who want to deal with proto type package, we will solve for them.

Sample lot with small volume to build the package can support you if ask me.

If inquiry with any type of package, will let you know with quick response for your request.
