what is called n use channel?

A Fet can have an N-channel or a P-channel.
A Fet can be a Jfet or a Mosfet.

I guess you are talking about TV channels. My cable TV company provides almost 1000 channels but some are normal definition and others are high definition.

Please provide more definition about whatever you are talking about. What is "information theory" and what does a "channel" have to do with it??
