[Moved] Could someone build this for me? I would pay top dollar.

It is a capacitive discharge machine it uses 4 microwave capacitors connected together to give 4kV and 1uF , it also has a fly back transformer from a TV and another blue transformer to trigger the discharge of the capacitors and the black box is a 12V battery

I'm wondering if someone could build this for me because I do not have enough electrical experience to build something like this. I of course would pay anyone to do it and to ship it to me.

 

looks straightforward enough to make. Do you just need one piece or many to be made ? And are you still looking for someone ... ?
